What a digital purchase includes

Each purchase includes the browser access, printable flashcards, and Practical Project Playbook listed for that product. No manufactured flashcards are shipped with a digital purchase. This is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.

Personal use

Your purchase provides one person with a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. You may use the browser library and print the files for your own study. You may not share an account or access key; upload, resell, or redistribute the materials; scrape or automatically extract the library; defeat access controls; or use the content to create a competing product.

Accounts, delivery, and availability

Polar provides checkout and printable-file delivery. Free samples and checkout do not require a study account. Paid browser access requires sign-in and may require the purchase email or a one-time recovery key to connect the order. Hosted features may be updated and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, security work, or a third-party outage. If delivery or access fails, email support@certwrench.com from the purchase address.

Progress and account deletion

Saved readiness marks are self-assessments for study planning, not exam scores. You may delete your study account from the account controls or ask support to do so. Deletion removes hosted study progress and preferences, but transaction records may be retained where required for refunds, accounting, fraud prevention, or law.

Thirty-day refund

If the purchased system is not useful for your oral and practical preparation, request a full refund within 30 calendar days. Include the purchase email or order information. Refunding a product ends its paid browser access. This policy does not limit rights required by law.

Independent study aid

CertWrench A&P is not endorsed, approved, or sponsored by the FAA. It is not a written question bank and does not contain recalled, copied, or confidential exam questions. Current regulations, FAA publications, approved technical data, your instructor, and your examiner remain authoritative. No study product guarantees a test result.

Physical flashcard release list

Joining the physical-deck release list is not a purchase, reservation, or deposit. We have not set a release date. If the decks launch, subscribers will receive the announcement and a subscriber discount and may unsubscribe at any time.
